BMW Certificate Awarded to The Best Sales Executives at BAHI Motors Company

Training program for BMW Group demonstrates the commitment to excellence this year, the annual sales certification program organized by BMW and MINI award to 20 sales executives from BMW Group Middle East certificates of appreciation after they have completed the training courses successfully.

Among the holders of such certificate, two sales executives from Bahi Motors the exclusive importer of BMW and Mini in Syria and that George Antaki got the rate of 93.1%, the third highest rate in its class in the BMW followed by Omran Zobari.

 

The program which runs on a full year includes six intensive training courses covering selling skills, product knowledge and the impact of the product on the customer.

 

Successful graduated trainee will be given the title of Certified Sales Executive for BMW or MINI or Premium Selection.

 

Mr. Roland Rahme, Training Manager at BMW Group Middle East said: "We are always committed to maintain the excellent service that accompanies the nature of the BMW. At the same time, the program keens a sales training for both sales executives and managers in an integrated manner covering all aspects of the brand in order to standardize their knowledge of the product and to respond to the most important values, in addition to provide the highest standards of customer service in the region. " At the end of each session, the participants shall be subject to examination in the material they got where the success rate reach 70%. After completing the basic course, they can participate in the extra training modules for the development of other skills such as advanced selling skills and advanced expectations.

 

Roland Rahme added: "The initiative long-term training keen to provide our managers and our sales executives with the appropriate skills that represent our brands and thus provide the best results considering that our approach to provide first-class service and benchmarks reflect the hard work provided by BMW Group Middle East has always been to raise the levels of the luxury car segment."

The sales training program has been launched from BMW in 2002 and the Middle East market was the first who witness its implementation. The number of people who got this certificate up to date is 137 people who are under constant surveillance and the ongoing evaluation so they will be keen to apply what they have learned in their professional lives after completing the program."
